From Malpensa airport:
Take the Malpensa Express towards Milan, taking a ticket for Saronno, which is the first or second stop (depending on the train, it takes 17 or 20 minutes, cost 6 €).
From Milan Cadorna (Milan center):
Trains to Saronno are very frequent (about every 5 minutes). The trains to Varese, Como, Laveno and Novara stop in Saronno and make only two stops along the way and take 20 minutes to get to Saronno; other trains take about 30 minutes (price 2.75 €). It is not necessary to take the Malpensa Express to get to Saronno, it is more expensive and takes only two minutes less.
From Saronno train station (see the map above, about 5 minutes on foot):
Exit the station from the exit near platform 6, through the underpass, turn slightly left across the car park, and at the end of the short street turn right into a tree-lined street (via Ferrari). After 200 meters turn left into via Legnanino, then at the roundabout go straight into via Giuliani for about 250 meters. At the Y-junction (on the next roundabout) take the road on the left (via Sampietro). After 100 meters on the left there is an entrance, without a gate, from where you can see the hostel: a brand new red building. The address is via Sampietro 22.
From Milano Centrale station:
Trains to Saronno are less frequent (about every 30 minutes); you can take the regional trains (€ 2.75) or the Malpensa Express (around € 5). It is also possible to take the underground (green line 2: 5 stops) to Milano Cadorna, and from there take one of the many trains to Saronno.
